We recently refinanced with Mortgage Cashback and couldn't have been happier with the process or outcome. We've ended up with a much better rate, and John and his team were excellent to work with - the process was fast and painless, and there was none of the back and forth and multiple requests for additional documents we have experienced with other brokers. Highly recommend! We will be using them again.

We engaged John on a family friend's recommendation for our first mortgage application, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Very detail-oriented — once our offer was accepted, he gave us confidence in the loan amount based on our financials. He quoted 7 days for approval but got it done in just 4 days! We also made sure to have all documents ready in advance so he never had to chase us, and the process was smooth as a result.

I can’t fault my experience with John, he was incredibly attentive not just through the mortgage experience, but for the months leading up while I was looking for places. His communication was always prompt, he walked me through the whole experience, and honestly, he’s just a really nice person to work with. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! John helped us through the finance side of purchasing our first family home, and then stayed on top of the situation and helped us refinance to a better deal when rates started changing. The cashback every year has been a great bonus helping out with bills and certainly has added up over time.
